Stan Wang
Chairman and Founder

Stan Wang is Chairman of Viador Inc., a software company he co-founded in 1995. During his tenure as CEO of Viador, Mr. Wang led Viador to be the first company delivering java based web Business Intelligence (BI) in 1996 and later pioneered the Enterprise Information Portals software field (EIP) in 1998. Subsequently he led a successful Viador IPO on NASDAQ in Oct, 1999. After leaving Viador in 2000, Mr. Wang became a co-founder of a US based software outsourcing company. In 2001, the Board asked Mr. Wang to return to Viador as CEO. Facing significant challenges at Viador, Mr. Wang brought in a new management team and subsequently took the company private, stabilized and led the Company to a growth path.

Before Viador, Mr. Wang oversaw the data warehouse division of a software services company focused on Internet deployment of large database and financial applications, where he designed and implemented numerous large enterprise software projects. Prior to this, Mr. Wang was an architect at Oracle Corporation's information access tools group.

Mr. Wang is currently President of AAMA (www.aamasv.com), a leading Silicon Valley's MultiTechnology business network promoting the success of the Asia America region's technology enterprises. He is also a board member of Hua Yuan, a non-profit organization that promotes the technological, professional and scientific development of the local Chinese business community. Mr. Wang holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tsing Hua University, Beijing, and a Masters of Science degree in Mathematics from Oregon State University and a Masters of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Institute of Technology.

Ben Connors
President and Co-Founder

Mr. Connors previously held the position of Viador Chief Operating Officer and contributed to its successful IPO. Mr. Connors earlier held executive positions in sales, marketing, business development, and international with companies such as HP, Oracle, and several successful startups. He has also founded and advised numerous technology companies and has been a board member of several private firms, guiding them through company initiation, growth, and IPO events. Mr. Connors is also a Venture Partner with Mirador Capital. Mr. Connors holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
