When you login, you will see a list of reports, click on one:

The report will open with a Parameter Selection panel at the top of the page.  Select one or more parameters by clicking or shift-clicking.  There is a "SelectAll" option at the bottom of each list of parameters. Once you are ready to run the report, click on "Submit". Note that this panel will stay open after the report is run, so you can easily run it again.  Two options are provided to toggle it open and closed quickly.
