The Viador support team combines state-of-the-art tools and many years of technical experience to assist customers in different industry sectors on different OS platforms and databases. We track each inquiry from initial contact through problem resolution.
We offer customers three Support Package options, tailored to meet your support requirements:
- Silver Support Package
Our Silver Support agreement is appropriate for customers with departmental-level reporting requirements. It provides support during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time.
- Gold Support Package
The Gold Support agreement is designed for customers who have high up-time requirements. It provides 24x7 support via telephone or email.
- Platinum Support Package
The Platinum support agreement is for customers with the highest availability requirements. It includes 24x7 telephone or email support, as well as an assigned Technical Account Manager who works closely with you to ensure maximum BI-Portal availability.
In addition to standard email and phone call interaction with customers, we offer web meetings to access customer environment for interactive debugging.
