Our technical support team employs the latest information, state-of-the-art tools and many combined years of technical experience to quickly resolve all customer service requests. Our goal is to maximize the uptime and productivity of your Viador Business Intelligence solutions.

We offer three levels of support, enabling you to choose the package that best meets your uptime—and budget—needs. Each package is based on an annual agreement and includes an escalation process to resolve complex issues that require advanced assistance.

Silver Support Package
Our Silver Support agreement is appropriate for customers who do not have mission-critical uptime requirements. It provides support during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Gold Support Package
The Gold Support agreement is designed for customers who have high uptime requirements. It provides 24x7 support via telephone or email.

Platinum Support Package
The Platinum support agreement is for customers with the highest availability requirements. It includes 24x7 telephone or email support, as well as an assigned Technical Account Manager who works closely with you to ensure maximum portal availability.

We track each inquiry from initial contact—your first call—through problem resolution. We welcome your feedback on the service you receive from our Technical Support Engineers. Your comments help us continually improve our services to deliver the best technical support in the industry.
